June/FL - today, Tuesday the 1st, is so beautiful. One of those fall days you wish would be around forever. The sun is shining, the trees are dressed in their best and just a hint of a balmy breeze. Of course come Friday it may snow!!!LOL

Nikki/OR - red beef stew sounds like a keeper. Especially since I'll be able to freeze some for later use. I have begun to do bulk cooking and find it agreeable.
