Blessings on Betsy for long lost recipe for Ruth's Baked Hash! I will go buy a roast today so that I can have leftover beef for hash! Really good to serve with eggs for supper or breakfast! I notice you have helped alot of people nd know they are as appreciative as i am. Thanks so much, Bev in SC.
