ISO: Ruth's Baked Hash

Misc.
this request is for a a baked hash that appered in the first or second GOOD AND EASY cookbook published by Betty Crocker back in the early fifties! It used leftover cooked beef (I used venison many times) raw potatoes and onions and milk, the rest I have forgotten). The book got lost during a move. Can anyone help? Many thanks!
