Thank You: Spatzel - All

Misc.
Thank you all for your helpful answers in using Spaetzel. I ended up using it that night as a side dish by first frying 3 strips of bacon then using about 2 Tbs. of the fat to saute about 3 min. Then I crumbled the bacon into the spaetzel. It was delicious. My boys (8,6,&4), normally picky eaters and never try anything new, thought it was good too.

I'm going to buy it again so that I can try the recipe from Lisa in Germany for cheesy spaetzel, also . That sounds great. Better than the standard macaroni and cheese the kids usually want to eat.
