When I met my slovak hisband I had to learn some new dishes! His Mom taught me to make Haluski. cabbage and onions sauteed in butter until soft, with spaetzel mixed in, and more butter added! Probably should have injected directly into the coronary artery :) I still make it but sauted the veggies in butter flavored pam and use a small amount of butter for flavor in the finished dish YUM!
