can't beleive that you get that cookbook by wei chaun! you know that many of their books have no more prints??? it would be lovely if you could post it out.
to be honest, there are many kind of custard buns back in taiwan. i don't have much idea which one are you talking about. the thing i can think of is called (nai su bread rolls) or maybe it's (bo lo bread rolls)? seriously speaking, unless i get a pic of that, i can't really pinpoint it out. so please just post it for us. thanks!!!
