I should have known 1 T was too much, but I must admit, even with all that salt, the recipe was still delicious. You make some wonderful Southwest style dishes. Do you live in the Southwest? I'm currently living near Boston, but have also lived in San Diego and noticed that people were much more knowledgeable there about southwestern ingredients, i.e. cilantro.

I'm looking forward to the Bourbon Chicken. Thanks for the advice.
