It sounds like I made a typo. It is probably 1 tsp. salt. 1 tbsp sounds like way too much.

A note about the bourbon chicken. To make it more like the chicken they serve at cajun places in the mall, grill it to get the darker color and then cut it in small pieces. ALso, it seems as if they pour their sauce over it at the last moment or cook it in it so up the amount of ingredients for the sauce. Otherwise, it is quite good. If you don't like the ton of sauce they cook it in, then just follow the recipe.

Thanks for questioning my salt in the beef recipe. I hope you enjoyed it anyway. I loved them.
