Thanks dear Terrie! Indulac is white native cheese. It is not aged and is fabricated by local farmers. They have similar products throgh all Central and South america. In Mexico they use a brand not available in PR. But we do have two well known brands that are Indulac Cheese and Rubio Cheese (from Arecibo). This is the same cheese that we eat with our desserts, like with Guava and cheese dessert or sour orange and cheese dessert. It is somewhat like a fresh mozzarella, but of course less presumptuous. I am not sure if it is available in Latin markets.
