ISO: This is the best recipe for Queso Fundido (and ISO Pico de Gallo)

Misc.
This is the best recipe for Queso Fundido that I have ever seen. Thanks again dear Terrie. I have a question. Do you have a special recipe or recommendation for Pico de Gallo? I have a few recipes for it. Because it is so healthy and delicious I am a Fan of it. I wonder whether you will be so kind as to give me your recommendations for it.

You are a wonderful gifted cook.
