Recipe(tried): Copeland's Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Copelands mashed sweet potatoes are great. I think they are really simple too. I've made some very close to it, using only mashed sweet potatoes, unsalted sweet cream butter and a little brown sugar to make a glaze. Try it and see if it's very close.
