Hi eggy that was very nice of you to post that
long recipe. However I have no idea what Rosolia
is . I have loads of cookbooks but I have never
come across that word any way this recipe is a
little too involved. I also have the recipe for
the rum cake you were talking about but the Italian Rum Cake is different kind of like the one you posted but not as fiddly. Thanks so much anyway .Maybe someone will post an easier one Jo
