Thank You: Thanks, Gladys/PR...but still looking for special rouladen spices

Your recipes sound very yummy, Gladys. Thanks for responding! I've sent them to my sister. Mom still remembers different spices. The one my uncle makes is with cloves and salt, but my sister says the one Mom had in Holland uses a spice blend that is still different. She's going to experiment, using beef boullion, salt, cloves and nutmeg. She might try your spices and not follow the other suggestions. We're GETTING there, anyways.
