Recipe: Pizza Bagels
SandwichesCut fresh bagels - white, multi grain or cheese in half, place on cookie sheet. Spread good quality pizza/spaghetti sauce on sliced side. Put any kind of pizza toppings your kids like, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and top with grated cheese.
Grill in oven on broil until cheese is melted and golden brown. Let cool. Put in containers, place wax paper between layers.
Easy to pack, reheat or eat cold. Excellent lunch or after school snack. Prep time - no more than 10 minutes per cookie sheet.
