what we need. I called a Dutch butcher in Edmonton. He gets his roulade spices directly from Holland. He read the ingredients to me and then suggested I try "Vleeskruiden". And I thought, hmmm, let me check my own spices. And I might have just what Mom is looking for...in my own cupboard. It doesn't have cloves or nutmeg, but I'm going to send those spices to Mom and she can give it a try. Imagine the joy Mom will experience if we've hit it right.
Thanks, though, for your help. I may try your suggestions yet myself.
