Thank You: THANKS, MY FRIEND!

Misc.
First thing first. I want to congratulate you for your well deserved publication in the Kitchen Link's Featured Cookbooks. You are a wonderful chef and a prolific writer, and I admire you very much. Of course, I will be buying your book and looking forward for subsequent ones.

About the PANZA, it was memorable. My mother was delighted and surprised that all of a sudden I became a perfect PANZA cook. My mother's companion which is a lady from Santo Domingo, and an excellent cook in her own right, was also delighted. I made sufficient PANZA to leave them a bowl and bring another one to San Juan, for today. It is better now than the first day it was cooked. Thanks for your wonderful recipe.

And finally, thanks for your compliments for the Sopas and Sopones. I hope you will do me the honor of cooking some of them.

Muchos saludos y gracias, mi querida amiga
