Thank You: The flu? that's not fair so soon after your move!

That's just awful - you have barely gotten settled and now the flu - Your new "old" place sounds just wonderful, and how happy you must be to be closer to family.

I hadn't made the recipe above, but tonight, I did! It really was very good. But it's hot here in FL now and I had hoped that this might be a good company recipe, but realized as I was pouring perspiration, that maybe a "last minute" dish like this isn't a good idea. It tasted just wonderful, however. I'll save it for a cooler winter day in the 60s when I have company.

I didn't have shallots, so used four good-sized garlic cloves. I would like to try it with the shallots, as I'm sure it would be more delicate than the garlic. We're both garlic lovers, so it was still very good to us.

Please take good care of yourself - drink lots of liquids and rest well.
