SMUCKER'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE
3 eggs
1 cup Smucker's Chunky Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Sweetened whipped cream or ice cream (optional, for serving)
Beat eggs lightly. Add Natural Peanut Butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir until smooth. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 3 50 degree F oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until pie filling is evenly puffed and browned. Cool on wire rack.
Cut into wedges and serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream, as desired.
Makes 8 to 10 servings
