I will have to try them. I use a lot of evaporated skim milk, so that will probably be the one I try first. Perhaps I will get to taste fresh Porcini mushrooms this spring in Italy, I have only had the dried ones myself. No bok choy or bean sprouts in the refrigerator here, so guess you are on your own tonight! I have thought as far as lunch, salsa turkey (from the deli) sandwiches with what I think is the last of the bread. We are also out of milk so will have to do some foraging tomorrow when we go into town for the Sweetheart's Dance. BBQ for dinner at the dance tomorrow, but not sure about tonight. I like breakfast for dinner, pancakes, waffles, etc, but my husband (even after 27 years) has never warmed to that idea, so I will have to keep thinking....thanks again for the recipes!
