Jeanne, meant to tell you re: fresh mozzarella...

I've done lots of things with it, but my all-time favorite is with tomatoes and basil and rustic bread toasted with olive oil with some balsamic, garlic, salt and pepper. A glass of red wine and that's a meal to me! I love it on pizza too, either homemade crust on the grill or my pizza stone in the oven or "french bread pizza" made with leftover rustic bread. Yum!
