A question about the cake Roz..

I'm assuming that you use a bundt pan to bake the cake since you said it was a bundt type cake -- do you grease the pan 1st?

The recipe sounds fantastic - very similar to a delicious apple cake I had recently that the baker wouldnt share the recipe for (dont you just hate that!). I'm going to try it this weekend. Thanks for posting the recipe!
