A variation on this

I have a similar recipe to the swiss chicken casserole Judy posted. In addition to the ingredients above, add a slice of boiled ham with the swiss cheese slice and put some sage and thin tomato slices on the chicken/ham/cheese. This is easy to make and appears relatively elegant.
