MUSHROOM RICE
2 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions with tops
1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1 cup cooked rice (cooked in beef broth)
1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
Saute onions in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly. Fluff lightly with a fork.
Makes 2 servings
