Recipe: Machine Shed Irish Cabbage Potatoes

MACHINE SHED IRISH CABBAGE POTATOES

2 lb. potatoes
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup green onions, diced fine
1/4 cup onions, diced fine
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Peel and boil potatoes until tender. 

Saute cabbage, green onions, and onions in margarine until soft; set aside. 

Mash potatoes; add heavy cream, salt and pepper; whip until fluffy. Add sauteed vegetables; and mix.
