Dear Judi;
I am so happy that you and everyone on TKL likes those little things I post on this site. Funny thing is...it's normal everyday stuff to me. I've been eating good food like this since I was a kid! Passing the recipes along is just natural to me, just letting everyone else know how easy it is to make something that is satisfying to the soul!
I am glad to hear that you find the recipes I post as truley "workable". I go through so many recipes that just literally flop! Only about one out of ten ever makes it past me to my own "Tried & True" recipe box, and then onto this board. I always look for recipes that are interesting, different, yet not so complicated that you spend hours and hours trying to put it together< Judi, thank you again for the compliments. I will continue to post whenever I have the chance, and know that your kind words are inspirations to me to do so. To know that somebody out there is interested and careing enough to let me know how it works out for them is very very nice! Thank you so much for posting your notes to me. I'll be looking for them in the near future.
