Any stove suggestions?

Misc.

Our sixteen-year-old stove has finally "bitten the dust." We've been married
almost twenty years and we've had: 4 refrigerators (1 was used), 3 dryers, 4
washing machines (1 was used), 3 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and 2 stoves (1
was used). I have a friend who has had 2 smooth surface stoves in 23 years and
she loves them. In fact, she has never had to have an "eye" replaced! I've
searched Consumer Reports, looked at the home improvement centers, and am just
thoroughly confused!

I'd like a white smooth surface stove, a white kitchen vent, with a white
microwave on the top of the vent.

Does anyone have any suggestions? My husband looked at a Maytag stove with
everything I wanted, but it hasn't "officially" arrived so we would have to be
put on a waiting list.

Thanks in advance for your help!
