BBQ beef sandwiches??

Misc.

Hi Janine,
When I have leftover roast beef, an unusual occurrence at my house) I shred
the beef, stick in back in the crockpot, add BBQ sauce, your own or bottled.
Cook on low for a couple of hours, til it's heated really well. You can serve
it with cole slaw or a green salad. Nice quick meal! Hope this helps!
