Misc.Unless a recipe is tested for safety and designed for canning from a reliable source, such as the Ball Blue Book or a University Extension publication, it should not be canned.
Most likely the mojo has garlic and perhaps other low acid foods that would be unsafe to can. It could be safely frozen.
