As soon as the thermometer drops below triple digits here in rural AZ, I'm making this meal for my husband. His long-time favorite is pork chops. We eat a lot more veggies and chicken now, but once in awhile we treat ourselves. Your recipe looks to be a delicious way to do just that! Thanks for all your posts and work!-Micha
