Betty, Leaky Cherries

Try using the cherries with stems on them, that's what I usually make.

For stemless cherries, I use a regular table fork.

Are you talking about dipping the cherries in the fondant or the chocolate.

For dipping in chocolate, I always use my hand, you get much better control.
