Biscuit Mix

8 c. flour
8 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. baking powder
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. powdered milk
1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening. To use, mix in a ratio of 1 c. mix to 1/3 c. water or milk. If you like you can use some powdered buttermilk in place of the regular powdered milk. Use as for Bisquick.
