Bread Lady,,,HELP

Misc.

My son and his family are coming in Sat. evening and I would like to make some bread to cook that evening. My question is...Can I make the bread today {FRI.] and put it in the refrigerator for it's first rise, then take it out late Sat. afternoon, roll it out, and let it rise and bake?
