but I have good luck with making cinnamon rolls all the way until finish and putting them in the refrigerator and letting rise the next morning. I even put my pans in the fridge while I am making them, so they go into a cold pan so they won't start rising. I wouldn't see why you couldn't do it that way either. You might punch down a few times at the beginning. Good luck, can smell that wonderful bread baking!
