I had already made my bread and put it in the fridge when I picked up your reply. Let's hope for the best. What you said makes a lot of sence [that's why I was asking!]Now I think I'll go make some sweet rolls, and let the dough rise THEN put them in the fridge. Tomorrow, I can make them up when I'm doing the bread, then put them back in the fridge till morning. Think that will work?
Now, I've got to go punch down my bread!
