Recipe(tried): Bread dough in the refrigerator

I would make the dough and let it go thru the first rise, then refrigerate in a plastic bag. Next day form the bread and let rise. Bake. I do this with bread machine dough all the time. If you do cinnamon rolls do it the same way. Form the rolls the second day, let rise in double and bake!
