No this is not a Joke. There are some excellant recipes from the British Isles and if anyone is interested in something perhaps a little different or a differant slant on an old theme. I'm an enthusiastic amateur but married to a chef so there is some proffesional experiance. Also a fairly large library to go at. Happy Cooking!
