That was quick! My husband would love this as he really enjoys duck. I dont use it too often because I am more of a white meat fan. The anchovies are no problem and the garlic is a must! I would love your dessert recipe, I must admit I like to bake more than I like to cook. I have made the potato and cabbage dish before and we enjoyed that. Its homemade soup for us tonight because I'm having a crowd tommorow for my sons birthday. He gets to choose the menu and we are having an eye of round roast done with a coffee gravy,mashed potatoes and carrots,Yorkshire pudding of course and for dessert caramel pear sundae and cheesecake! He would skip the main course and go right to dessert if I let him. Hope to hear from you soon.
