ONION CASSEROLE
1 (10 oz) can Ballard biscuits*
4 or 5 onions, sliced into rings
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Saute in butter. Let cool.
Place biscuits in a single layer in a lightly greased casserole dish.
Add 2 beaten eggs, sour cream, and salt and pepper. Pour over biscuits.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes.
