Bet you KNOW this one and sorry details are not forthcomming it is one of those meals you do with ingredients you have on hand or can afford at the time and adjust amounts accoringly ... :)

cooked white rice
browned burger
"cream of ..." soup
sour cream
yellow cheese (shredded)

mix together and bake in moderate oven till cheese is melted and warmed through ... YUM! goes sooooo far!
