Angie,
Call your County Agent, feed store or local produce store and ask them. I've found that what works in some parts of the country may not be the best solution in other parts.

Do you have a friend in the restaurant or catering business? I'll bet they have to deal with gnats too....maybe they could help. Or maybe even try a janitorial supply house.
