Cheap appetizers for Beauty Shop Buffet

Misc.

Please help me, I have to provide food for our Beauty Salon's annual christmas buffet. Some recipes that will feed at least 60 people, and not go bad sitting out all day, but are nice and cheap would be wonderful. I don't want to spend a $100 doing this. We serve Hot Apple Cider, and have the normal cheese balls, crackers, and etc... but I am looking for some new ideas...
PLEASE HELP...
