Mini Cheesecakes

How about cooking mini cheesecakes. Any simple cheesecake recipe will do. Just pour cheesecake filing into cupcake cups or muffin pan liners. Once cooked, you can top with a strawberry, choc. sprinkles, etc. It looks great and isn't expensive to do.
