Cheesecake Factory Sour Apple Martini - Tip

I was told by 3 different bartenders that the difference between the recipe and when people try to make their Sour Apple Martini at home is that The Cheesecake Factory makes their own sweet and sour mix in house. The mix is much more sour than sweet. One bartender went so far as to say to take simple syrup, lime juice and lemon juice and change the percentages to get the right flavor, but she couldn't tell me how much of each.

Other than the sweet and sour mix, the recipe you were given is correct.
