Michelle, I think the fillings you mentioned are mashed mung bean. You can find
them at any oriental store. They're tiny yellow bean. Soak the bean overnight or
you can pour hot water over them and let sit for few hours; cook or steam them
as you would with rice. Add sugar (according to your taste), vanilla, coconut
milk (optional) then mash them (same method as you do in mashed potato); shape
into ball to put into your custard shell. Sorry, I don't have the exact
measurement, but if you want, I'll try to find it for you.
