Try this Custard filling

I found this recipe in a book about making chinese steamed buns. I haven't
tried it before and I'm not sure if you can get the ingredients over at your
side. Hope its the one you're looking for. Let me know ok?Custard filling

30 g custard powder
30 g Hoon Kueh Flour
20 g Butter
300 g milk
100 g water

Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a boil.
