Christmas Crunch Salad

Bobbie, Hope this recipe helps you out.

4 c. fresh broccoli florets
4 c. fresh cauliflorets
1 med. red onion, chopped
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1-2 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl combine vegatables. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth; pour over vegetalbes and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Yields 16-18 servings.
