ANN LANDERS' MEATLOAF
2 lbs. ground round steak
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. Accent (MSG/monosodium glutamate)
1/2 cup warm water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 strips bacon (optional)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except bacon and tomato sauce. Put into loaf pan.
Cover with two strips of bacon, if you like that flavor. Pour tomato sauce over meatloaf.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
