Cilantro

 Janice,
 Cilantro is Chinese parsley used in true Chinese cooking, but also used quite frequently in Mexican dishes such as salsas'. I think it's an aquired taste, takes a little getting used to because of the slight bitterness. There was a time when I refused to eat it, and now I absolutely love the stuff. It's easy to grow and once planted, will reseed itself.....( grows better in cooler weather ). I'm sure you can g row it where you live, you just need some seeds.
