Clabber Is---
Misc. Jackie, clabber is what is left when cream rises to the top of milk. We used to just put the clabber and cream in a churn when we made butter. The cream "changes" to butter when the churning is complete. What you have left is buttermilk. So I suggest you do a search for chocolate buttermilk cake. That should produce a similar product for your aunt. Hope this helps!
