Clay Pot Cooking

Misc.
Hi Arthur,

I've used a clay pot for years now and can honestly say that there hasn't been a bad dish out of it yet. there's a book you can get or order if you can't find it in your library entitled "The Clay-Pot Cookbook" by Georgia MacLeod Sales and Grover Sales. The ISBN # is 0689705476. I swear that this is my bible for this type of cooking! I've never found better.
Be sure and use the ISBN # when ordering the book.
